Stop. Breathe. Look. Listen.
Picaro Garden Cuisine is a hidden gem with an infinite view of the Pacific Ocean and it’s just waiting to be discovered. The restaurant is inspired by the traditional architecture of villas in Tuscany, one of the most beautiful regions in Italy. An army of cactus and trees native to the peninsula adorn the landscape and make you feel part of Los Cabos.
Garden Cuisine
It’s more than a concept. This restaurant embraces the traditional way grandmothers use to cook. They grew their own vegetables, herbs and spices and made them an everyday part of the kitchen. Produce was harvested fresh from the garden when it was time to cook.
“We love preparing fresh vegetables. We’re dedicated to caring for and respecting the ingredients. The result speaks for itself”, said chef Christian Ricci.
Casual, relaxed, and sophisticated
Come with friends, as a couple or bring the entire family; the choice of company is yours! The privileged location inside Rancho San Lucas will transport all of you to an atmosphere of intimacy nestled between the desert and the sea.
The flavor of the season
In the same way that nature changes its dress every season, Picaro Garden Cuisine also prepares a different menu. The cuisine is accompanied by more than 90 wine labels that perfectly match the chosen recipes.
Terraces, surprises, and the spell of nature
No matter how many times you return to Picaro, you will always enjoy a different experience. One of the most desirable attributes is the opportunity to stroll through a desert setting that maintains the purity of the South Californian land, while your eyes get lost in a horizon full of the sea.
A surprise are the sunsets that dye the sky with soft reddish colors in a transition that dances between violet and pink. On top of that, the perfume of the garden herbs, the sea and the surrounding trees will naturally lead you to a moment of contemplation.
This fall, Picaro Garden Cuisine will return to the Mediterranean style. Some of the most requested dishes will be back on the menu this season. Do you have any favorites?
